How do I get my prescription refilled?
In order to improve our service, please call your pharmacy to request your refill or go to https://18075.portal.athenahealth.com/ and request a refill on your Patient Portal. Please allow 3 to 5 days to refill your medication. Some medications may need to make an appointment or obtain lab work for your refill.
If I have a question can I ask someone online?
We can answer simple questions via the portal. However, we will not give advise for a condition that we haven't previously treated you for. Portal messages may take 48 to 72 hours for a response.
How do I get my lab, x-ray, or ultrasound results?
We will contact you regarding all testing performed at our office. If you have not heard from our office about your test results, please check the Patient Portal. We release the results directly to the portal.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-in patients will be worked in between scheduled appointments. Scheduled appointments will take priority. Due to the unpredictability of walk-in volumes, you may end up with a long wait.
What if I am late or miss my appointment?
If you are late or do not cancel your appointment with acceptable notice, you will be marked as a no-show. Upon two no-shows, you may be dismissed from our practice.
How do I obtain my medical records?
If you need your medical records sent or received, please fill out a medical records release of information form. You can download the release here, Release of Information. After filling it out drop it off and we can give you a copy of you medical records. Medical records will not be emailed.
