About Us
Tracy Windham, FNP-C
Tracy sees patients on Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays. Tracy completed her undergrad at Saint Mary's University in Minnesota, and then received her master's from Texas A&M, Corpus Christi. She has years of experience in Critical Care, Women's Services, and Family Practice.

Your Healthcare is a family owned and operated clinic.
Most of us call Anna or it's surrounding communities home. We take pride in caring for our friends and neighbors.
Laura "Beth" Nevola, FNP-C
Beth sees patients on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays. She obtained her undergrad from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and later completed her master's from Simmons University. She is currently working on her doctorate in Nursing from Texas Woman's University.

Once you call or step in our door, you will be greeted by one of these amazing ladies. Tina, Kathy, and Kim are super friendly and can get you scheduled, handle insurance, or billing issues with a smile and a brighten your day. They are always eager to help as you arrive and as you leave.

Candice and Shaine, MAs
Candice and Shaine are our Medical Assistants & Phlebotomist extraordinaires. Shaine has been with us since 2019 and works with Beth. Candice joined our team in 2025 and works with Tracy.
Rylie, RN

Rylie is Tracy's daughter and is with us part time in both clinical and administrative roles.
She has experience in emergency medicine and critical care nursing.
Our History
In August 2017, Michael had a vision of creating a healthcare practice focused on people, not just patients. With Tracy by his side, they took a leap of faith and founded Your Healthcare.
Drawing on years of experience in the DFW area, they are dedicated to caring for their neighbors and strengthening the health of their community.

Our Founder
Michael unexpectedly passed in January 2025, but the purpose and compassion he instilled in Your Healthcare continue to guide us. The standards he set, the culture he nurtured, and the care he showed to patients and colleagues alike remain at the heart of who we are and how we serve our community every day.
